There is no single EU-wide list of documents. What you need to provide depends on the commodity and the laws of the country where it was produced.
Upload documents that show your production is authorised and legal in your country, such as:
Harvesting or logging permits
Land-use rights
Concession rights
Proof that the area is a registered plantation
Other documents required under local law
You know the local requirements best. Your goal is to give your EU customer enough evidence to support its EUDR due diligence.
If your customer needs additional documents, they may ask you to provide them through the Supplier Portal.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes. The limit is 10 MB per file.
This limit applies to each individual document, not to all your uploads combined.
If a scanned document is too large, reduce its resolution or compress the file before uploading it.
