The DDS reference number is issued by TRACES-NT when the operator submits the Due Diligence Statement (DDS).
As a supplier, you do not receive or generate this number yourself. Your EU customer, as the operator, submits the DDS and receives the reference number and verification number.
If you need these numbers for your own records or to share with buyers further down the supply chain, ask your EU customer to provide them.
In the full Orbify platform, the operator can create shipments, submit them to TRACES-NT, and access the resulting DDS reference and verification numbers.
The Supplier Portal does not display these numbers.
