A “Likely non-compliant” result means that Orbify's automated check found something that needs further review — most commonly tree-cover loss after 31 December 2020.
It is not a final verdict. Satellite data can show that a change happened, but not necessarily why it happened or whether it was legal.
What can explain the result?
For example:
The area is a plantation or planted forest that was not correctly identified by the mapping.
Trees were harvested under a legal logging or selective-logging plan.
Trees were removed for sanitary reasons, such as disease.
If one of these applies, upload supporting documents to the plot, such as a logging permit, forest management or harvesting plan, or proof that the area is a registered plantation. Your customer can then review the information and resolve the flag.
Why is my plot “Approved” but “Likely non-compliant”?
These are two different statuses:
Approved = your customer has reviewed and accepted your submission.
Likely non-compliant = Orbify's automated compliance check has flagged the plot for further review.
A plot can therefore be Approved and still show Likely non-compliant.
Can I see the full compliance report?
The Supplier Portal shows a simplified result. Your customer can see the full compliance report in Orbify and export the plot report as a PDF to share with you if needed.
